The aim of the seminar was to discuss and reflect about the working paper «Soberanía Tecnológica en los Planes de Desarrollo y Gobierno Electrónico» written by the organizers. Dr. Siles focused on debating about the contribution of the Academia to the technological sovereignty, both from the training of engineers perspective and the interaction of the university with key players, such as private industry and social society, in order to generate high impact technological projects.
